The Use of Dithiazanine Iodide in the Treatment of Trichostrongylus orientalis and Clonorchis sinensis Infections

Abstract
|
|
|
Dithiazanine is an effective oral therapeutic agent for the treatment of Trichostrongylus orientalis infections.
The drug had prophylactic activity against Clonorchis sinensis infections in rabbits and resulted approximately 50 percent of egg reduction in patients with this type of infection, accompanying the improvement of subjective signs.
